Mental Health – Thrive welcome teams

The Thrive Welcome Teams in Edinburgh provide mental health support. Each team consists of friendly, skilled practitioners who collaborate to address various mental health concerns. They offer a warm welcome and tailor their support to your needs. The teams can assist individuals aged 18–64 with managing emotions, anxiety, low confidence, loneliness, relationship difficulties, low mood, depression, and carers’ well-being. These teams are part of the broader Thrive Collective, which aims to empower women, nurture families, and make a lasting impact in the community. Additionally, Thrive Welcome Teams serve as the point of access for mental health support in each locality, connecting individuals with social, therapeutic, and medical help when needed. If you’re in Edinburgh, you can visit their drop-in sessions for quick access to support. Remember, they’re here for you, and you can return if you need assistance again!
