Andrew is responsible for the overall management of the Practice with regards to our premises, health and safety, staff, finance and the strategic planning of service development.
Reception
Our friendly reception team are here to help you. The team consists of Anne (Senior Medical Receptionist), Jane, Jo Anne, Kate, Amy and Anita. The team book your appointments, take requests for home visits, prepare repeat prescription requests, and deal with a large number of telephone enquiries and significant levels of record keeping. Anne and her team are generally very busy but they will always try their utmost to assist you. We would ask that you are always courteous to Anne and her team. Thank you.
We are also lucky to have our part-time coder/summariser, Jayne.
